Lithuania-led PRT soldiers conducted medical operation in Afghanistan

On January 14 Lithuania-led PRT soldiers conducted medical operation in Badgah village of Ghowr, 30km away from Chaghcharan. 144 patients received medical treatment. Patrolling was conducted by Lithuanian and Croatian soldiers, PRT medical team, and a doctor of Chaghcharan hospital. During a one day patrolling 96 men, 23 women, and 25 children were examined. People of Badgah were also given warm clothes, shoes, blankets, flashlights, vacuum-flasks, and radio sets. PRT soldiers have started conducting medical operations in Ghowr under the ISAF Medical Relief Programme.
